I do both. Whether or not they're serious or for fun is up to you to decide!
Most of my aforementioned favs are characters I self-ship with or kin* I use "Jizou" for MoYuu to separate him from 2018 Yuuji.

I don't like discourse whatsoever; however, I will say that I prefer if people interested in lolisho, incest, and/or minor/adult stuff to please stay away. None of these are things I can morally agree with and they make me deeply uncomfortable.I do not consider myself to be a "pro-shipper," a "dark-shipper," or whatever, and do not associate myself with those communities despite enjoying stories that contain darker, more sensitive subjects. I don't really classify myself as an "anti," either, since I believe that certain subjects do have their place within art and media (granted they're in the appropriate time and appropriate place).
I personally think both labels have grown overly-generalized over the past few years and have essentially lost the plot. They're mostly used for petty internet slapfights and tend to hold no real 'worth' in conversations; either label is basically begging for anyone to come into a discussion with pre-determined, self-serving bias.My main stance is that I believe that fictional content does not exist in a vacuum, and while it does not inherently equate our real-life values, it does reflect our perception of the world, internal biases, and lived experiences, therefore making what we create and consume important to who we are as people.
I'm a big fan and advocate for inside thoughts and 'out of sight, out of mind,' as well as a believer in natural social consequence and criticism is not the same as censorship.While you can do what you want and no one can stop you, whatever is within the public's eye or shown to another will result in receiving judgment.So long as it's not my business, I'm not making it my business.
